Is a credit card required to sign up for a free trial?

Nope. There is absolutely no obligation to enter payment information before or during your trial period.

What happens when my free trial expires?

If you have not entered a credit card number in the Manage Organization screen, then you no longer will be able to access your account, but you will continue to have access to the Manage Organization screen. You can enter your billing information at any time in the Manage Organization screen to access all of SalesPad Cloud. The data you imported or created during your trial will be saved for a year.

If you have entered a credit card number, then you will be charged based on your payment method (monthly vs. yearly) and the number of users.

How does SalesPad Cloud’s monthly subscription billing work?

Your credit card will be billed every month based on the number of users on your account. Every charge is essentially prepaying for the next month of access.

How does SalesPad Cloud’s yearly subscription billing work?

Your credit card will be billed every year based on the number of users on your account. Every charge is essentially prepaying for the next year of access. You can save up to 20% by paying for a year up-front compared to our month-to-month plans.

Can I add users to my organization later on?

Yes. Go to the Manage Organization screen to add users at any time. You will be immediately charged a prorated amount based on the number of users you add and the number of days until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I remove users from my organization later on?

Yes. Go to the Manage Organization screen to remove users at any time. The users and amount charged for them will be removed from your next bill.

What are your implementation packages?

Our tiered implementation packages help you get up and running on SalesPad Cloud based on your expertise level and budget. While purchasing an implementation package isn’t required, it is highly recommended in order to get the most out of SalesPad Cloud. For more information on our implementation packages, go here.

Does my SalesPad Cloud subscription include support?

Yes, your SalesPad Cloud subscription includes phone, chat, and email support Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, except national holidays.

Will it cost more later if I add more SKUs or documents?

No. All subscriptions to SalesPad Cloud include unlimited data, which means unlimited sales documents, customers, vendors, inventory items, etc.
