Designed for businesses interested in business process and software training, the standard package employs 20 hours to implement the basic setup and go over workflows, the report designer, and other product training. You’ll gain a deep understanding of SalesPad Cloud during a series of seven or more meetings.

The advanced package is a fully customizable, project-based implementation package that includes in-depth setup and training. It is best for businesses that are looking to switch from other systems and/or have complex needs. A SalesPad Cloud Consultant will work with you to build a unique implementation and training plan that fits your business future plans.

If you are using a system other than QuickBooks Online, such as QuickBooks Enterprise, or you want to work with your existing ProAdvisor or other third-party consultant, the advanced package is required.

Who is my SalesPad Cloud Consultant?

All SalesPad Cloud Consultants are experts in not only our software, but also in operational ERP best practices. In many instances, they have been at SalesPad since Cloud’s inception, and are able to call upon countless hours of training and other implementations to make sure your onboarding goes smoothly.

How much time do I get with my SalesPad Cloud Consultant?

Time spent with your consultant depends on the implementation package you choose.

With the Standard package, your consultant will spend a minimum of 20 hours with you.
For more time, consider purchasing the Advanced package or additional implementation hours.

Can I buy implementation assistance hours and not an implementation package?

No. You must purchase an implementation package before buying additional implementation hours.

How long does an implementation take from purchase to completion?

This depends heavily on which implementation package you choose and your availability for meetings. We do our best to get customers implemented as soon as possible. Generally, implementation takes around thirty days from start to finish and required to be completed by sixty days after initial purchase.

Do I have to purchase an implementation package to use SalesPad Cloud?

No, but it is highly recommended in order to get the most out of SalesPad Cloud. We have found that our most successful customers start out with implementation assistance.

Is my implementation package or additional hours refundable?

No, but we are always happy to set up and train you on anything you want inside your allotted implementation hours.
