Generally 8-12 weeks. There are many things that can impact this timeline such as availability, number of products being implemented, complexity of implementation, etc.

Our consulting services are billed weekly, each Monday, for services accumulating 1 hour or greater. We also invoice for month end services on the first of each month.

They are billed with a 25% deposit and then bi-weekly as time and materials.

It depends on what the custom work is. For smaller things like reports or scripting the answer is normally no. For a new screen or a screen modification the answer is normally yes. Keep in mind all innovation work is built against the latest version of the software in question and is not normally backwards compatible.
