Digital Operations Manager

Summary

We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing systems and campaigns across all digital channels.  The ideal candidate will fight inefficiency, and champion marketing activities, and productivity. They will also have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools, platforms and strategies; understanding that the marketing funnel includes integration with CRM systems and the sales team. He/She will work with the Digital Content Specialist the marketing team and supporting teams (developers, sales) to create and launch campaigns on time and within budget.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage Marketing Automation, CRM, and various systems used in marketing
  • Educate and train users on our marketing systems
  • Plan and work with the team to execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Create and document the process by which prospects and leads enter the funnel, are qualified, converted to customers, followed up on by support and re-marketed to with upsells and new releases
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Job Requirements 

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with setting up and administering marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Act-On etc.) and CRM (Salesforce.com, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Prior SalesForce admin experience a plus.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in technology/software development sector
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Understand, create list building and maintenance, segmentation, targeting, lists pulls, organization, regular cleansing, and optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and CMS (WordPress).

Business Analyst

Summary

SalesPad is seeking outgoing, business processes minded individuals to fill a business analyst role within their custom software development team. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers to discuss their unique business processes and needs.  They will analyze those processes and requirements to propose custom solutions that help businesses regulate, monitor, and improve the efficiency of their processes. Candidates will work with software developer’s on SalesPad’s custom software team when formulating proposals for customers to build quote packages of suggested process improvements.


Analysis Requirements

  • Ability to translate business processes into written word documents for software solutions.
  • Interpretive listening skills to dig for the root requirement or problem in a customer request instead of only listing the symptoms.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and seeks opportunities to provide value added solutions to meet business needs.
  • Performs data analysis and reporting for effective business decisions.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Conceptual understanding of mobile, web, SQL server, reporting and desktop software as it relates to creating seamless integrations.
  • Ability to understand integrations between 3rd party software APIs to SalesPad Software or solutions.
  • General business understanding of sales cycle, business workflow, and procurement.
  • General understanding of Accounting, Inventory Management, Warehouse Activities and Manufacturing would be a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, SSRS reporting, and C# is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Candidates should be willing to travel 5% nationally onsite to customers to complete processes reviews and discuss details of process improvements.
  • Preferred two to five years’ business analyst and/or business/process improvement experience or relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to different levels of audiences both internal and external to SalesPad. These presentations are typically written in Microsoft Word.

Summary

API Integration Developers perform a variety of programming assignments that require knowledge of established programming procedures and requirements.

They are responsible for writing code to integrate SalesPad’s products with external systems. Intuit QuickBooks Online, eBay, Amazon® Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA), and Shopify® are examples of the systems SalesPad integrates with.

Electronic Data Information (EDI) Specialist

Summary

SalesPad is a software development company that builds operational ERP software for small and medium businesses with inventory. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Electronic Data Information (EDI) Specialist. This position will be part of the Implementation team. This role is responsible for implementing the EDI functionality of our SalesPad software and working with other software implementation team members to determine business requirements related to trading partners and EDI transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • EDI file processing, verification, error identification, and resolution activities
  • Communicate with SalesPad’s EDI partner about EDI issues, such as missing or incorrect data
  • Coordinate EDI testing and trading partner/vendor’s implementation initiatives
  • Work with the SalesPad Implementation team to analyze customer needs and develop EDI implementation plans
  • Recommend and execute modifications to EDI mappings and workflow in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance

  • Install and configure software to fit the client’s business needs
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to enhance the client’s experience
