What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conceptualizing solutions to complex business requirements.
  • Working with prospects to identify problems and create solutions to the root issue.
  • Assisting a business analyst and software developers in writing formal solution proposals.
  • Presenting formal proposals to key decision makers.
  • Promoting SalesPad’s services and capabilities through networking events, prospecting calls, web conferences, media outlets, etc.

  • Using internal CRM systems to prospect new clients and maintain follow up.

Skills/Knowledge

  • 2 - 5 years in a technical sales role, preferably in software.
  • General understanding of accounting, inventory management, and warehouse functions would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital product development, including: mobile apps, web, third party integrations, SQL
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting.
  • Willing to travel 10-20% locally and some nationally to customers to complete process reviews and discuss details of process improvements.

SalesPad is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. 

The ideal candidate will live and breathe digital marketing and want to obsessively track which marketing activities are having the biggest impact on the bottom line. They will also have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools, platforms and strategies; understanding that the marketing funnel includes integration with CRM systems and the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

SalesPad is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge of design trends to work in a variety of mediums, including digital, small- and large-scale print, software UI, and packaging. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of printed marketing materials, including fact sheets, product cards, brochures, sales presentations, battle cards, case studies, print advertising, and trade show booths.
  • Lead the design and production of digital marketing materials, including website graphics, social media graphics, infographics, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Technician works to evaluate the functionality of software.

Applications tested include cloud, mobile, and desktop products. Testing involves reviewing the state of existing software functionality, new feature evaluation, and customized software development testing.

The job responsibilities for QA Technician include:

  • Manual testing: Includes execution of manual functional testing based on analysis and understanding of written requirements and the deployment environment. Verification of those test results through analysis of graphical user interfaces, databases, printed output, and data transmissions.
  • Issue reporting: Tester will run recursion testing against existing products, validate results, and report findings to the development team through the use of issue tracking software.
