SalesPad DataCollection makes your warehouse more accurate and efficient. DataCollection runs on a barcode-scanner-equipped Windows® mobile device and integrates directly with Microsoft Dynamics™ GP.
DataCollection is easy to install and configure and fully supports the use of Serial and Lot Tracking, as well as the use of Dynamics GP Multi-bin. With its real-time connection to Dynamics GP, DataCollection screens provide the user with the convenient ability to look up details about each order, purchase order, or inventory item.
Receipt Processing
DataCollection Receipt Processing allows users to easily see what Purchase Orders are expected and create barcoded receiving paperwork to use in the receiving process. As receipts of products are scanned into the hand-held, receipt transactions are created in Dynamics GP and become available for label printing. Users may also use the optional desktop version of receiving to enter receipts and create receipt transactions. Barcode labels may be printed for each receipt processed and for any inventory item as needed.
Order Picking and Packing
DataCollection Order Picking allows users to efficiently locate and select items to be fulfilled to an order. Order Packing allows the user to scan items as they are packaged for shipment, providing a detailed record of which container each item on an order was included in for shipment or delivery.
Inventory Management
To help manage materials within your warehouse or across sites, DataCollection allows users to easily create Bin Transfers, Site Transfers, and Inventory Adjustments. In addition, DataCollection allows users to easily enter Stock Counts supporting Dynamics GP’s standard inventory counting functionality.
