Here are a few: Aggregate Pricing SalesPad's Item Aggregate Pricing function allows users to set up sale items that can be "grouped" together for the purpose of calculating quantities to meet price breaks. 1. Select Aggregate Pricing For example, a user wants to set up a price break of $2.00 off after the first 25 t-shirts sold. However, different colored t-shirts have different item numbers. Using Aggregate Pricing, the user can group the different colored shirts together to achieve the quantity price break. Pricing definitions are created in the Item Aggregate Pricing module and applied on the sales document by selecting Aggregate Pricing from the Actions drop-down1. Select discounts on Customer Card For users who need to create line item markdown percentage discounts that can be applied to certain customers, such discounts can be set up in the Customer Discounts Module. These discounts are then assigned to individual customers directly on the customer's SalesPad Customer Card2. Customer Discounts may also be applied directly on the sales document by selecting the Discount drop-down under Additional Properties. Special Pricing Maintenance The Special Pricing tab on the SalesPad Customer Card allows users to set price levels for selected item classes and specific pricing for individual items in SalesPad. Item level pricing can be made effective for specified date and quantity ranges. These Special Pricing options override standard Dynamics GP pricing. This is especially useful for SalesPad users who offer contract pricing on selected items or classes of items to their customers. Special pricing for all customers can be viewed and modified in the Special Pricing Maintenance module3. 4. Sales Line Special Pricing Import When prices are modified on a sales document, the special pricing can be imported onto the customer's Special Pricing on the Customer Card by using the Sales Line Special Pricing Import. The Sales Line Special Pricing Import screen displays all line items on the document4. Users select from the items, and the selected items and their properties will be imported onto the customer's Special Pricing tab.
