Once a piece of serialized equipment is assigned to a specific customer, SalesPad users can quickly retrieve detailed information about that equipment either through the Customer Card or through the Equipment Lookup. SalesPad Equipment Management allows users to create an Equipment record for any serialized item whether or not this item exists in Dynamics GP. SalesPad also allows users to create an unlimited number of Serial Number User Defined Fields. This allows users to capture and maintain as much detailed information as they would like about each individual piece of equipment being tracked in the system. Users search for existing equipment, and add new equipment from the Equipment Search screen: Equipment Search Screen From the Equipment Card, users view the specific service history of a chosen piece of equipment, view a complete Item History for all similar items, and view the complete transaction history for a chosen price of equipment. In addition, users can generate a service order for the selected item and maintain any Equipment related User Defined Fields for the item. Equipment Card Screen In addition to accessing a piece of equipment through the Equipment Lookup, user can access a customer's assigned equipment by going to the Customer Card and selecting the Equipment Tab. This tab shows every serialized item that has been assigned to the customer as well as any sales document associated with an item.
