In this Issue: SalesPad® 4.0 New Features | April Schedule | Rock-N-Rave SalesPad® 4.0 New Features SalesPad version 4.0 is coming soon! This brand new version of SalesPad contains a range of new functionality and updates and will be available the 3rd week in April, right after Convergence. New Look SalesPad 4.0 The first thing you'll notice about version 4.0 is the updated look. We've changed SalesPad navigation from the classic menu style to a ribbon menu structure, making it easier to find and see the most popular modules. You'll be able to right-click on a module to add it to the Favorites toolbar, or right click on an icon on the ribbon to add it to the Quick Access toolbar. There is still a collapsed version of the classic style Modules menu, where you'll be able to find all SalesPad modules in one place. New Features for the 4.0 release include: · Automatic PO Generation · Equipment Management · Blanket Order Release & Invoicing · Vendor Special Costing Updates for the 4.0 release include: · Counter Sales - You'll now be able to add a new customer and access sales document plugins from Counter Sales. · Smart Printing - Now you can select predefined email templates and set Smart Printing to automatically send email to relevant parties · Audit tabs - You'll see an audit tab on Purchase Orders, and the tabs now log use of the Back button, copied documents, when quotes are transferred to orders, and user changes to notes. DataCollection SalesPad isn't our only product that has seen improvements. Our barcode data collection product will have a number of updates as well, including: · Pallet Transfers & Picking · Kit Component Picking · Integrated Pack & Pick · Bin Label Printing This is just a small sample of the additions and upgrades made to SalesPad and DataCollection.
